Black Rock Trial Lawyers Files Lawsuit on Behalf of Tampa Resident Injured in Serious Motor Vehicle Collision

Tampa, Florida — April 30, 2026 — Black Rock Trial Lawyers, PLLC has filed a personal injury lawsuit on behalf of a Hillsborough County resident who sustained serious and permanent injuries following a motor vehicle collision in Tampa.

According to the complaint, the incident occurred on November 12, 2024, at or near the intersection of South Westland Avenue and Cleveland Street. The plaintiff was lawfully operating a vehicle when another driver allegedly failed to operate their vehicle in a safe and prudent manner, resulting in a collision.

The lawsuit alleges that the at-fault driver was traveling too fast for the conditions at the time of the crash and was cited in connection with the incident. As a result of the collision, the plaintiff suffered significant injuries, including ongoing physical pain, impairment, and loss of normal life activities.

“This case involves a preventable crash that has had lasting consequences for our client,” said counsel for the plaintiff. “We are committed to pursuing full accountability and securing the compensation our client needs to recover and move forward.”

The complaint seeks damages in excess of $50,000, including compensation for medical expenses, pain and suffering, loss of earning capacity, and other related damages. The plaintiff has demanded a jury trial.
