Lawsuit Filed Over Pinellas County Crash Involving Company Vehicle
PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. (January 21, 2026)— Black Rock Trial Lawyers announced today that it has filed a civil lawsuit in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, on behalf of Gianni Entai Victorino, arising from a motor vehicle collision on North Keene Road.
According to the complaint, the crash occurred on November 8, 2022, when Mr. Victorino was operating a 2022 black Honda Civic southbound on North Keene Road and was in a designated left-turn lane with a green arrow when a 2022 white Ford Transit owned by Charter Communications, Inc., turned into his path, causing a collision.
The lawsuit alleges that the company is responsible for the crash because its employee was acting within the course and scope of employment at the time of the incident and that the employee’s negligent driving caused serious and permanent injuries to Mr. Victorino. The complaint seeks damages exceeding $50,000, along with costs and other relief.
“This case is about accountability and safety on our roadways,” said Steven Capriati, counsel for the plaintiff. “We filed this lawsuit to pursue justice for our client and to ensure the responsible parties are held to account.”
A jury trial has been demanded.
